- Giveaway Period:The Danimals Pledge Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins May 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends July 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway will consist of ten (10) weekly entry periods (each a “Weekly Entry Period”). Each Weekly Entry Period will start at 12:00 AM ET and end at 11:59 PM ET. See chart below for details. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of Entry. Employees of Danone USA, PBC (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates (“Administrator”), their respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, promotional agencies and agencies/parties engaged in the development, production and distribution of promotion materials (collectively the “Giveaway Entities”), and each of their respective employees, directors, officers, assigns and agents and their immediate family members (defined as parents, grandparents, spouses, siblings, children and grandchildren) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible to participate or win. The information you provide will only be used in the event you are selected as a Giveaway winner or if you have indicated that you would like to receive additional information from Sponsor.
- How To Enter: During the Giveaway Period, consumers will be invited to visit com and follow the instructions to take the Danimals Pledge (“Entrant”). To enter the Giveaway, Entrants must also complete and submit the online Entry form, including their first name, last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Entries may not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Giveaway Entry services to create fraudulent email addresses and/or identities) will void all Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the Entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized email account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Entry.
- Random Drawings:A random drawing will be conducted on or about each Weekly Entry Period’s Random Drawing date indicated in the chart below, to select one hundred (100) Weekly Prize winners for each Weekly Entry Period from among all eligible Entries received by the end of each Weekly Entry Period. All random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. All non-winning Entries will be rolled into any subsequent Weekly Entry Periods’ drawing(s). The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received by the end of each Weekly Entry Period.
- Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One thousand (1,000) Prizes [One hundred (100) Weekly Prizes (per week)]. Each Weekly Prize will consist of one (1) special edition Danimals nutrition-themed MAGNA-TILES set. The ARV of each set is $20. The ARV for all Weekly Prizes is $20,000. The Weekly Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
- General Rules:Potential Weekly Prizes will be shipped to each of the winners approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the close of the corresponding Entry Period to the mailing address provided at the time of registration. Return of Weekly Prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection (in accordance with these Official Rules). Weekly Prize winner and all Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Giveaway and/or acceptance of Weekly Prize, agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Giveaway, the receipt, ownership or use of any Weekly Prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the Weekly Prizes. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Giveaway or use or redemption of Weekly Prize. Acceptance of Weekly Prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, Entry, and any Entries as applicable, for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; violates the Official Rules; gains unauthorized access to accounts; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, for errors that may occur in promotion/ad materials, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Giveaway. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Giveaway if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In the event of cancellation, Weekly Prizes will be awarded via random drawings from among all eligible Entries received by the end of each Weekly Entry Period prior to cancellation. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of entering the Giveaway, Entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway, or Weekly Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.
- Dispute Resolution: By entering this Giveaway, Entrants agree that to the extent permitted by applicable law and by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (a) Any and all disputes, claims, and of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or the Weekly Prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, direct or indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Giveaway), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased to the extent permitted by applicable law. Entrants further agree; that the values of the Weekly Prizes as set forth above represent Sponsor’s determinations of the ARV in its sole and absolute discretion thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of a Weekly Prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. All dispute resolution shall be made by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
- No Waiver: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
- Governing Law, Jurisdiction Venue and Waiver: Except to the extent pre-empted by federal or other applicable state law, the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof. By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between Entrant and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Connecticut, having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof.
- Privacy: By participating, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed by Danone USA Public Benefit Corporation, its affiliates, and subsidiaries for purposes of this Giveaway, and for other purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Your information may be shared with trusted partners to fulfill these purposes.
